Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of delivery.
Items may be exchanged or refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 1 – 3 business days for the refund to be issued.
All product returns must have been purchased through the arcona.com website or ARCONA studio. A Return Authorization number must be obtained prior to the return of any product. Contact 877-272-6620 or info@arcona.com for a Return Authorization number.
If you have purchased ARCONA products through another retail location, please contact that specific retailer for their return instructions.
